At Hotel Chicago, we’re proud to be ranked among the Windy City’s TAG Approved accommodations and designated LGBTQIA+-friendly hotels. We’re committed to serving all of our guests with our signature brand of Marriott Autograph Collection hospitality.

Hotel Chicago: LGBTQIA+-Friendly Accommodations on the Doorstep of Northalsted/Boystown

As a guest of ours here at Hotel Chicago, relishing impeccable River North luxury in one of our boutique guestrooms or suites, you’ll be just a stone’s throw from the very first officially recognized gay village in the country: Northalsted, aka Boystown, part of the Chicago North Side’s Lakeview community area.

Along with its rich dining and nightlife scene, Northalsted’s well known for hosting the Center on Halsted as well as the well-attended Chicago Pride Fest and Chicago Pride Parade in June.

2023 Chicago Pride Festivities This June

This year’s Chicago Pride Fest, the 22nd annual, is coming up the weekend of Saturday, June 17th and Sunday, June 18th. The Pride Fest live performances, drag shows, and other festivities in Northalsted fall ahead of the famous Chicago Pride Festival, among the largest of its kind anywhere, which takes place on the last Sunday in June. This year, that’s Sunday, June 25th.
